So this term we have been doing Gymnastics In the gym We have been doing. Tramp, Floor, Mini tramp, Parallel bars, Beam and Bars.
For the Trampoline we have been doing some tricks like Flips like Brownies, Front flips, Back flips And Twists like swivel hips and Learning some cool other things.
For Floor we have doing it on a Special floor and been learning how to do hand Stands, Head stands, Backbend for current amount of time, Back rolls, round offs, front and Back walk over And Lots of other things.
For Mini Tramp we have been learning how to do Full twists front flip landing Straddle and a brownie and lots of other fun things.
Then for Parallel bars We have been learning how to walk on it with our hands back and ford and putting to legs up.
For Beam we have been doing leaping across it, Half twist, Full twist,Cartwheel on the bar, high kicks and Handstands
And lastly Bar hip up circle over. Back hip circle, going ford down from the bar and Jumping up on the bar.
