What is Caesin and what is it used for?

Casein is a slow-digesting dairy protein that people often take as a supplement. It releases amino acids slowly, so people often take it before bed to help with recovery and reduce muscle breakdown while they sleep. Several studies have shown it helps boost muscle growth, along with a ton of other benefits.

  1. Hello Hollie!
    It's Jordan here from HHS.

I love your blog post about making milk plastic. I have also made milk plastic I shaped mine into a doughnut. I also like the way you have set out your description it is very neat. Maybe you could include a photo of what it looks like once you shaped it into something.

I hope to see a reply soon,
