Aim:
I want to find out what types of bacteria are around our school.
Research:
Method:
Equipment:
- Cue tips /cotton buds
- Agar plates
- marker pen
- tape
Instructions:
- Get out equipment
- Wash your hands
- Use a marker pen to write your name and location on the lid
- Wet the cue tip and swab the surface
- Gently swab the agar plate with the cue tip
- Tape around the edges of the agar plate
- Put the agar plate in a incubator over night
- observe the plate the next day

I wasnt there that day that we looked at the results but here are some photos of some of them.
